Please expect variations to the glaze colour & shape due to the hand made nature. 

Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. If you need the item sooner please contact hello@anamonestudios.com.

Returns are on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order.

Items are packed carefully however if damaged please take a photo and and email us at hello@anamonestudios.com immediately to discuss.

Some items are 'made to order' with timing noted in the product description. 'Ready to ship' items will be packed and shipped within 4 days. Please get in touch if you're rushed for time.
